Koch Chemie MZR (Multi-Purpose Cleaner) – 1 L

Koch Chemie MZR, also known as Mehrzweckreiniger (multi-purpose cleaner), is a versatile and effective alkaline cleaning formulation (high pH) for demanding cleaning tasks both indoors and outdoors. The product is ideal for tackling ingrained dirt, oil, grease, nicotine, ink, soot, and general traffic film on surfaces such as plastic, textiles, upholstery, engine bays, and more.

MZR excels with its strong dissolving power and flexible use – it can be diluted lightly for mild cleaning or strongly for very dirty areas. It is recommended to dilute the product in a ratio of 1:5 to 1:50, depending on the degree of soiling.

How to use Koch Chemie MZR – step by step

1. 
   

   Choose dilution

     Light soiling: 1 part MZR to 50 parts water

     
     
   
   
   • 
     

     Normal to medium soiling: 1:20 to 1:30

     
     
   
   
   • 
     

     Heavy soiling, engine or ingrained oil/grease: 1:5 to 1:10

     
     
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   Apply
   Spray or apply with a microfiber cloth, brush, or brush depending on the surface.

   
   


3. 
   

   Allow to dwell briefly
   Let the product work for approximately 30 seconds to 2 minutes—but make sure it does not dry.

   Agitate
   If necessary, gently rub with a microfiber cloth, brush, or soft-bristle brush to loosen stubborn dirt.

   
   


5. 
   

   Rinse / wipe off
   Rinse with water or wipe off with a damp cloth. For textiles or upholstery, you can use a wet vac or extraction machine.

   
   


6. 
   

   Neutralization (optional)
   If you used a high concentration, you can follow up with a mild acid or pH-neutral solution to neutralize any alkaline residue.
