Right of withdrawal
You have a 30-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you;
– Receive the order.
– Physically take possession of the last item, in cases of an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple installments.
– Physically take possession of the last lot, or the last part, in cases of an agreement for delivery of items consisting of several lots/parts.
– Physically take possession of the first item, in cases of regular delivery of items over a specific period.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. Notification must be given by email to jens@carfreak.dk. You can also cancel by using the standard cancellation form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and send the item to:

-Please note in the comments that the item may be left in the garage without a receipt by your shipping company.
You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item, without simultaneously giving us clear notification of this. If we receive your order back without prior agreement, it will not be processed.
Costs associated with returns to carfreak.dk that are charged to Carfreak when the customer does not collect the item will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
– Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery. – Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
– Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried more than described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually putting it into use.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us back.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
Collection in store
In our webshop, it is possible to choose to pick up our products at our warehouse. This way, you can reserve and pay for an item online, and then pick up the item physically at our warehouse.

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you and to be able to handle inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out according to the rules in our personal data policy for Carfreak. Complaint options – overview and links:
If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, you should contact us at Jens@carfreak.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal of Nævnenes Hus.
To complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for processing the complaint.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint on the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
