How the System 4000® Pad Washer works is remarkably simple:
It is a spring-loaded, ribbed wash plate inside a bucket that, when pushed down by your polisher, uses a pump system to spray water and pad-cleaning solution onto your pad and helps clean it while it rotates.
The best part: traditional pad washers recirculate dirty water and thus 'clean' your pad with contaminated liquid, which is far from ideal.
But unlike traditional designs, we have engineered the System 4000® Pad Washer with a hidden secret compartment...

LAKE COUNTRY PAD WASHER - The System 4000® Pad Washer uses a pump system to clean pads with fresh, unused water or cleaning solution to provide the best pad cleaning experience. Our unique yet simple design separates dirty water from the fresh cleaning solution by pumping from a lower bucket where the new solution is located, while increasing water pressure and reducing clogging. The dirty water instead ends up in the collection basin, which contains a seal at the bottom designed to prevent dirt and grime from washing back into the clean solution below.
Think of this system as a "bucket within a bucket," where the collection basin sitting above the bottom bucket allows a user to stop, empty the dirty water out, and continue.
This ensures that pads are not cross-contaminated with dirty water and old abrasive particles, providing a truly clean pad ready for continued use.
