THE MESH CLAY TOWEL is a microfiber cloth with synthetic clay.
Or, that is what it is called, even though it actually has nothing to do with a clay bar.
A clay bar, as it is called in English, is a coarse, mechanical way of removing impurities from the paint, which will most likely cause scratches no matter what.
This is a synthetic perforated microfiber cloth with a clay-like material, which is used for deep cleaning paint, glass and plexiglass windows, as well as smooth plastic for cars, motorcycles, caravans, motorhomes, boats, and aircraft, and it will not scratch your paint. However, you should still be a little careful on plastic surfaces!

The microfiber and clay surface are extremely durable when used correctly. They can be washed and reused up to about 30 times, unlike a clay bar.

Surface cleaning and decontamination of car paint with THE MESH CLAY TOWEL
Preparation: Perform the following preparation steps in the shade and on cooled surfaces. Wash the vehicle thoroughly by hand with a non-waxing and non-sealing detergent. We recommend a thorough pre-wash, rust film remover, and then a hand wash first. After washing, rinse the vehicle with clean water.

Application:
If the water contains lime, you must first dry the vehicle and then use your clay towel with lubricants such as P&S Paint Gloss or P&S absolute rinseless wash. Do not work in areas larger than 1 square meter. Spray the lubricant onto the paint and onto the cloth, and then use the dark clay side to run it over the paint from side to side without pressing.
Avoid moving in circles, as scratches made in circles are really difficult to remove again.
As the paint is cleaned, you will notice that the paint becomes noticeably smooth.

After use: Rinse your clay towel thoroughly after use and let it air dry with the clay side facing up. The cloth can be put back into the protective cover after use and drying. We recommend storing it rolled up with the clay layer facing outwards, as it can otherwise stick to itself and you will destroy it when you unroll it again next time.
