ShineMate, developed and manufactured for commercial and industrial use, began marketing its 18V technology in 2019. The battery-powered random orbital polisher EB351, available from us as an official distributor in several versions and sets, sets the standard for battery-powered random orbital polishers. The free-running random orbital with a 125 mm backing plate is both powerful and robust. With numerous functions and selected materials, ShineMate shows that immense effort has been put into design and manufacturing quality.
Unrivalled powerful battery-powered random orbital polisher with 125 mm backing plate
Powered by a brushless electric motor, the polisher achieves 2,000 to 5,000 revolutions per minute. The lithium-ion batteries, 2 batteries included in both sets, have a capacity of 5Ah and provide an operating time of approximately 45 to 60 minutes. The charger fully charges the batteries in approximately 60 minutes. The weight is 1.84 kg without batteries. Depending on the model, the random orbital stroke length is 12 mm or 15 mm.
Perfect ergonomics for enjoyable polishing
The housing of the cordless random orbital polisher EB351 is made of high-quality plastic with a rubberized soft grip for a secure hold on the handle and control areas. All materials are designed to withstand the highest loads. The stepless selector knob allows the power to be adjusted in 6 levels from spreading polish, polishing to heavy cutting. Operation is performed using an operating switch that allows for a smooth start. Operation can be determined using a locking button. The backing plate is equipped with a sophisticated cooling system, and at the same time, any polishing dust is blown out. The eccentric wiper is made of high-strength metal using CNC technology. Whether you choose 12 mm or 15 mm stroke length, both variants are optimized for minimal vibrations.
